Search and question tools return citations and explicit unknown/conflicting facts. Preparing an action returns a visible review URL and submits nothing. start_dental_request and confirm_dental_request send a Xona appointment request from the conversation: Xona emails the patient a code, and the request reaches the clinic only after the patient reads the code back and agrees to the consent text. Results never repeat the patient's details. Public booking provider locators remain server-owned. A redirect or appointment request is never reported as a confirmed booking.
