Two ways to prove the page is yours
Either one is enough. Most practices use the first.
A. A code to a mailbox at your own website's domain
Xona read this practice's facts from mapledentalcare.ca, so any mailbox at that domain proves the claim — yours, or the one on the site.
B. Put the link in your Google Business Profile
Paste this link into your Google Business Profile (Bookings, or Edit profile → Appointment links). Only the profile's manager can do that, so Xona treats the link as your claim when it next reads Google.
Once Xona sees the link the page shows "Your Google profile links here". That alone does not sign anyone in: use the code above for the login.
Neither works? Verify by phone
Leave a number and Xona calls the practice's Google-profile number to confirm, then connects the page for you.
Xona never forwards a patient's details to an address nobody at the practice confirmed. Contact Xona for anything else.
