Claiming is free. It lets your practice receive appointment requests from this page, correct what it says, choose its address, and see who reads it. It does not mean the clinic joined Xona.
Two ways to prove the page is yours
Either one is enough. Most practices use the first.
A. A code to a mailbox at your own website's domain
Xona has not read this clinic's own website yet, so there is no site address to send a code to.
B. Put the link in your Google Business Profile
Paste this link into your Google Business Profile (Bookings, or Edit profile → Appointment links). Only the profile's manager can do that, so Xona treats the link as your claim when it next reads Google.
Once Xona sees the link the page shows "Your Google profile links here". That alone does not sign anyone in: ask to be called below for the login.
Send us your website
Xona has not read this clinic's own site. Send the address; when it is read, the code method above opens for its domain (usually within a week). A submission is a request to read, never a proof of ownership.
Neither works? Verify by phone
Leave a number and Xona calls the practice's Google-profile number to confirm, then connects the page for you.
Xona never forwards a patient's details to an address nobody at the practice confirmed. Contact Xona for anything else.
